<p>Before bed variable timing but at least 10 min of X cuts and flows, did not count them per se, did them in different speeds until they &#8216;felt good&#8217; so I could focus on my form (bracing, shoulder alignment, etc) and not on&hellip;</p>

<p>2-lack of direction, need more structure/lack of personal creativity to come up with own training plan, Devon/classmates, follow through with course work, go through weekly path</p>

Have a baton with good weight if need to perform &#8216;wide cuts&#8217; otherwise using feder, arming sword or sabre pending on the&hellip;</p>
