So here I am. </p>
<p>I have started HEMA in 2007 very briefly and then started up again in 2013 at VAF (Virginia Academy of Fencing). I love longsword and also Messer, however I really struggle with Messer due to the grip&hellip;</p>

I myself have 3 black arabians (read too many black stallion books as a kid) and my bucket list item would be to ride on my horses through the scottish highlands, swords on my back&#8230;something like that 🙂</p>

I could&#8217;ve sworn I saw Longsword Fundamentals (Intro, Cutting &amp; Posture), then Longsword Fundamentals (Thrustung, Blade Control &amp; Footwork) and Longsword Fundamentals (Timing, Defense &amp; Sparring). No I only see the first one (Intro, Cutting &amp; Posture). Am I&hellip;</p>

<p>Used to do daily kali type stick drills and  started doing flow-drills with my longsword again now. Happy to report that I can tell when I am using the wrong edges or my edge alignment is&hellip;</p>

<p>A lttle behind here since my daughters are visiting from Germany for another week and we&#8217;re spending as much time as possible together. Even though they do encourage and give great ideas in regards to my various&hellip;</p>

<p>I have a &#8220;BOB&#8221; that I put a fencing mask and fencing jacket on. </p>
<p>Swords &#8211; A&amp;A and Albion Training Swords, as well as a couple of sharps from Albion. Also have an Albion Training Messer and a Staff&hellip;</p>
