<p>That I so confident in something I was doing wrong. </p>

<p>I was too tense in my thrusting on the end of obsession for the person but it hindered my fluidity. When I focused on fluidity I found the angle so I was simply too tense in the body. </p>

<p>First of all, props for the pure endurance and in the cold no less. Solid flex. </p>
<p>Your order is looking good and when you’re confident in the movements it begins to flow nicely. </p>
<p>Be aware of a habit developing in your thrust as you are coming to a full stop and rocking your weight before proceeding forward.  </p>

<p>Very smooth and well ordered. You had a healthy amount of intent throughout the flow. </p>
<p>Thing to notice is you seem to rock your weight occasionally which adds a small loss in fluidity/tempo which can also train in a “tell” before you begin a movement. </p>
<p>I honestly add to be quite picky to add a critique. Well done. </p>

<p>Good flow and order of the movements. I like the intent in your movements. On a mechanical side be aware that your knee looks collapsed somewhat on the forward leg. </p>
