I am also figuring out the best way for me to use the platform. From this point forward, I will probably follow Devon’s lead and make an initial thread for the month, with sub-threads and replies for the weeks, and individual days

Week 3 into Week 4

I just got back from overseas, so for the remainder of this week, I intend to draw from both this week, and last. My intent is to at least make sure I am familiar with the material.

Next week, I will be starting fresh with my full regimen

Day 3 went well, as expected. Again, this first week is learning to incorporate the new training routine and accompanying tools. Still a little sketchy at the UI, etc. but getting more used to it

Skipped Tue, so Wed is Day 2. Went well. Still working on simple things like better acquainting myself with the UI, etc. Also making some beneficial changes to my own in-house dojo.

My focus for July will be to habituate my training as part of my regular regimen. I have a bit of a head start, because basic 8-directional cutting from guard to guard was a regular part of my warmups. But now I will be deliberately focusing on the Italian arts and the Duello methodology.
