The sequence is correct, and the order is ok.<br />One thing I’d invite you pay attention to: the tutta volta (180º turn) from Posta Frontale. Start with your back foot, then sink and turn your hip to generate power, then bring your hands to Porta di Ferro.<br />Nice job on this one.</p>

<p>I liked the posture and elegant back straight.</p>
<p>You seem to be a little tense, but it might be just the outfit.</p>
<p>I&#8217;d reccomend:</p>
<p>&#8211; try it in bare feet</p>
<p>&#8211; turn your head and look before you switch direction</p>
<p>&#8211; fully extend your arm/s in <i>posta longa </i>and <i>posta frontale</i>.</p>
