    My Goal for today is to recover my inspiration a bit. I didn’t do my morning routine today and am struggling to get back on the horse. I feel a bit at loose ends and like I am just going through the motions. I think I am a bit overwhelmed with the amount of stuff I still need to do for the Longsword Masterclass and this feeling of wanting to have finished my first round through it fully before starting on new stuff.

    Plan for today:

    Do some cutting practice focusing on creating more breadth in the stance. (Week 2 Cuts and Measure Routine).


    Do some movement practice, focus on breadth in stance (Week 3 Movement Routine)


    Keep up my practice on Defense forms and wrapping my head around shadow boxing and play building (Week 4 Defense & Attack Routine)


    Finish final part of week 5 class.

    Practice 15th century dance: Petit Rose

    (a video exists but not gonna share it till I look a lot less like the most awkward human alive).

    Get on the exercise bike for 30 minutes
