Short program in its old long form. Then modified it a bit for future victims to live up to its promise more. 🙂
To that I added half the medium program.
One thing I like to do when presented with several activities in a row that have multiple sets, eg
– 3 sets of 10 upward X
– 3 sets of 10 fendente to centreline
– 3 sets of 10 lunges
I alternate my sets. So I do 10 upward X, then 10 fendente, then 10 lunges. Then back to the start of that again. I usually don’t need a whole body rest between sets so that’s a nice way to give me a mental and targetted rest and move through all the exercises in a more engaging and quick way.
