    30 min light kettle bells, 30 min yoga, most of the small practice (right handed and left handed).

    Our house is small! I did some with the sword and some with the pipe. Had hockey on as background noise to keep from getting too uptight about what I was doing. I need to stay relaxed and just get my rhythm going.
