    Training Day 5!

    Got out in the sunshine this morning and worked through Marozzo’s first assault right and left handed with sword alone and sword and buckler for about 30 minutes.

    Then did an hour of sidesword drills with my students in the noon class. Working on counter-cuts and clearing cuts.

    Continued emphasis on back engagement. Been a continual payoff.

    If the weather is good this weekend I’ll get out and shoot another vid of the assault. If the weather is bad I’ll be inside doing the Week 3 training plan.
