Hit the morning training plan.
– Steel mace flow
– Steel mace 360-swings
– Steel mace arm lift with pull away from centre
– Giant strides
– Sidesword alone assalti patterns with both arms
– Sidesword and buckler with focus on correction of buckler arm shoulder position.
– Self defense techniques with my partner. Focused on having her practice breaking wrist holds, making a wrist lock, and conducting the first defense against being grabbed from behind.
I’ll be doing a couple hours of longsword later this afternoon shooting more exemplar videos.
