I overdid it yesterday and worked too late. Meant a bit more of a recuperative start today.
Made my way into the training room and started with light work with two sticks doing sword and stick patterns for 10 minutes. Then let that morph into an hour long session with stick and buckler, sword and buckler, and longsword.
My primary focus was shoulder movement and back engagement on my left side. Made some really good proprioceptive progress today in correcting a few important movements. It was a really great session.
In the afternoon I went for a 40 minute run.
Felt really good and easier than Monday which was a bit of a slog!
