Day 4 (Thursday): Started off with the Daily Drill, which is actually how I start every training day – I find copying a drill that I know is only going to last about 3 mins a mentally and physically easy (and therefore enticing) way of getting my practice going. Today was ribbon cuts alternating with upward x.
Then worked on Five Measures Form whilst rewatching Sunday Foundation segment on the same.
Then 5 reps of 12 Poste progression.
