Week 1 Focus
Topic: Getting that darn First Assalto shot!
Schedule:
Monday – Wednesday practicing S&B with a focus on shoulder stability.
Thursday – Friday class times
Saturday – Shoot Video
Sunday – Backup day for shooting or free training day.
Plan:
12 minute warm-up set with steel mace, leg work, and sword shoulder warmup.
12 minute sword flow drill setup with s&b and some longsword worked in for variety as needed.
20 minutes Assalti practice.
15 minutes self-defense practice with Anneka.
Contingency:
Working on my third assault translation and interpretation for 10 minutes.
