    Week 4

    Topic: Get back into my training rhythm

    Schedule: Everyday for at least 10 minutes.

    Plan: Whatever I feel like doing as long as I have a sword in hand for at least 10 minutes daily. I am stuck on a couple of the forms and I have been procrastinating which has knocked me out of my training routine..

    Contingency: Pickup my sword and stand there for 10 minutes. I have set the bar low this week to try and get unstuck.
