This is truly the way
Hey everyone! Quintin here. I’m hyped to learn and virtually swing swords with everyone.
I grew up in the Philippines as a medieval fantasy fanatic. Sword and sorcery movies and games rule my world. I tried hard to find real-world applications of it, which led me into cosplay, LARP, and traditional archery. But it wasn’t until I discovered Academie Duello that I realized I was missing out on an entire universe of swordplay and HEMA. I was immediately hooked and haven’t looked back since. I feel like I’ve been preparing for this my entire life, and I’m ecstatic to have finally found the way.
I had a blast at the previous Swordplay Masterclass. I’m still recovering from the abundance of information, but I need to get more.

That sounds like quite the journey, welcome! This is my first time with the class so I’m excited that it was a positive enough experience that it’s drawing people back in.
