5Am daily incorporated the lounges and squats to my morning routine but held onto my sword in posta breve during them.

Before bed variable timing but at least 10 min of X cuts and flows, did not count them per se, did them in different speeds until they ‘felt good’ so I could focus on my form (bracing, shoulder alignment, etc) and not on my counting . . .

Powered through the Fundamentals just today

1-Too tired, need more time to recover, husband, do little things towards overall goal, 5 min is ok if I cannot do everything

2-lack of direction, need more structure/lack of personal creativity to come up with own training plan, Devon/classmates, follow through with course work, go through weekly path

Also made an excel sheet with the scheduling and goals to try to follow along, training log is going there too

Short Term Goals: actively participate in the Masterclass (try to make the live Sunday sessions at minimum), incorporating swordplay daily in varying capacities (highly unpredictable and demanding work schedule has been a major challenge as of late)

Long Term Goals: improve comfort and fluidity in the Long Sword and start actively improving on saber and other weapons, attend tournaments whenever they become available

Time: 5AM daily warm up and minor sword play/drills/etc before work, Tuesdays able to dedicate 1-2 hours if not called into work, Wednesdays later work start so 30min-1hr, Saturday sparring with the husband and free play if no snow storm

    Ultimate Goal: work life/sword balance

Nothing special here, just cleared out our front room (no low hanging light fixtures), all of our toys/swords littered around for now and gear on a custom made standing rack which will 2nd as a target dummy. Have a baton with good weight if need to perform ‘wide cuts’ otherwise using feder, arming sword or sabre pending on the activity

Magic Erasor works great to remove scuff marks on the walls ceilings

You cannot tell that I just cleared our outdoor space due to even more snow today . . . can consider snow removal as a warm up
