    mechanics and posture awesome!

    Movement- especially like how the feet slide and head/body stays one level

    Stretch (15 minutes)

    Warm ups (outside 15 min)– Shoulder cuts ;passing step change of direction

    Cutting drills – (15 min) Meyer square –wrist cuts (front and back edge )

    -Metronome 50/70 BPM

    Video Flow exercise – (30 Min – Post to discussion)

    Meditate (10 min)

    Goals

    Short term -Develop manageable routine/structure. Create forms/video assessment. Sharpen sparring/tactical skills.

    Long term -Make strides in solo practice. Manuscript interpretation / study . Work toward 10,000 hours.

    Structure – 5 hrs / wk. solo training

    M -Review class ; Tues- Practice ; Wed- Homework ; 2 hrs

    Th Record ; 1 hr

    Friday Review / practice 2 hrs

    -Journal entries daily

    -weekly buddy check in

    -use timers

    -specific drills for hand eye coordination

    I was able to set up a new space in my basement including a mirror and TV monitor.

    Using my sons cymbal stand to set up a dummy
