    Hi Jeff – I am so with you in regards to horses and swords. I myself have 3 black arabians (read too many black stallion books as a kid) and my bucket list item would be to ride on my horses through the scottish highlands, swords on my back…something like that 🙂

    I did participate in the Mounted Horse Combat one week intensive at Academie Duello. I can only rave and praise and recommend it the highest way possible. It was fantastic. If you ever get the chance to do that – you’ll LOVE it.

    Doing daily stretches, warm-ups and usual 1 hour exercises (with weights, without weights, pull-ups,. push ups (there are sooooo many variations of those).

    Used to do daily kali type stick drills and started doing flow-drills with my longsword again now. Happy to report that I can tell when I am using the wrong edges or my edge alignment is off. So that’s progress.

    Not fully set-up for my full body videos yet. I might have to do those outside.

    Yesterday I attached my Fechterspiel to a tripod and am amazed how easy it was and how great it works with the bungee cords.

    A lttle behind here since my daughters are visiting from Germany for another week and we’re spending as much time as possible together. Even though they do encourage and give great ideas in regards to my various contraptions.

    Not lacking in space or equipment at all, if all fails I roam around my property, on the riding ring, in the barn or whereever.

    Still need to do some camera set-up and work on the drills.

    Space – living room with high enough ceilings and enough room to not destroy anything and TONS of space outside – but it might be slightly too cold.

    I have a “BOB” that I put a fencing mask and fencing jacket on.

    Swords – A&A and Albion Training Swords, as well as a couple of sharps from Albion. Also have an Albion Training Messer and a Staff and Sticks…

    And I need everything translated into German please – I am high maintenance !!! Devon knows that, right????
