Self-assessment when performing this skill

Create a self-assessment video to compare to the master above. Perform the following actions in the video, repeated twice:

1. Your partner begins in posta longa. You begin in posta longa, having found the debole of you partner’s sword on the inside line. Your partner makes a volta stabile and passes forward to attack with a covered thrust on the inside line. You make a cavatione and exchange their thrust on the outside line, stepping across the line of attack.
2. Your partner begins in posta longa. You begin in posta longa, having found the debole of you partner’s sword on the outside line. Your partner makes a volta stabile and passes forward to attack with a covered thrust on the outside line. You make a cavatione and exchange their thrust on the inside line, stepping across the line of attack.
