Self-assessment when performing this skill

Create a self-assessment video to compare to the master above. Perform the following actions in the video, repeated twice:

1. Your partner begins in posta longa. You begin in posta longa, finding your partner’s sword on the inside line in the mezza spada. Your partner makes a cavatione sotto to find the outside line, then passes forward to thrust. You make a volta stabile and exchange their thrust.
2. Your partner begins in posta longa. You begin in posta longa, finding your partner’s sword on the inside line in the mezza spada. Your partner makes a cavatione sopra to attack with a cut on the outside line. You make a volta stabile and counter-thrust their attack.
3. Your partner begins in posta longa. You begin in posta longa, finding your partner’s sword on the outside line in the mezza spada. Your partner makes a cavatione sotto to find the inside line, then passes forward to thrust. You make a volta stabile and exchange their thrust.
4. Your partner begins in posta longa. You begin in posta longa, finding your partner’s sword on the outside line in the mezza spada. Your partner makes a cavatione sopra to attack with a cut on the inside line. You make a volta stabile and counter-thrust their attack.
