    23th to 29th
For the past few days, I did basic 100 fandenti from both sides and throw in some guard change on how I felt like. Around 15mins.
Plus the stretches after the training.

For today, I finally was able to do some empty Rapier lunges despite still being in physio.

    Week 3

Goal: adjust sleeping pattern to normal.
Method: 1. solo training on assautis at least 15 mins on both hands two hours before bed.
    2. use what I’ve learned from this month’s workshop about interpreting the manuscripts to do some bed time reading instead of browsing social media.

    3. stretch every morning and every night right before bed.

should do these every day for a week.

It only took one day of stretching less to rebound my sleeping pattern back to a night cat, despite my efforts on shutting down electronic devices.

Today is Friday here, and I got a dinner with friend, so I am a extra stretching right now for compensation.

Still have not know the Intro like the back of my hand, will held the phone on my left hand behind the buckler for faster rewind accessibility.

      Note:
Recording the effects from the third Vax on me:
I got 3 shots of AZ and the third one was on last Wednesday. The low fever made me really drowsy when awake and took many naps during the day, so my nights were very sober and a bit disoriented about concept of time from the super fast day time changes.

Nothing really sore like the second shot, just some little muscles behind my eye balls from the low fever.

Only two days in and I’m feeling the differents. Fall asleep at around 10pm on Tuesday and got up on Wednesday at 4;30am; the world felt like mine.

I’ve made the call with many talks with the members who I let go. Everything will be back on track soon with healthier ways of doing things. BTW, I’ve asked a newly formed group in the neighboring county to join DTV for material and guidance, they don’t know English but I’ll be helping them.

      Day1 Thursday:

Did a good speed 3 slowplay with different kinds of weapon with partner for about 20 mins. Focused on smoothness and the connection with the weapons to breath, and not rushing when seeing any green lights.

It’s crazy to know everyone around me is getting it; very important for me to not get it for I got a nice gig that would jump start my acting career comin up. All the more reasons to hide in a cave and do Assautis till things died out!

I hope you get better soon, please continue to check for any lasting effects, I’ve heard people get all sorts of pesky perks like brain-fog and such…
