      Day 2 & 3:
Nope, still got caught up with daily errands especially when Taiwan is getting near to a first lockdown.
Read some Fiore last night and reading it right now before the day ends.

The First Day and I have to use the contingency, and it felt nice, tried to not beat myself in my head and made some herbal tea with a nice lit pipe for the read, it was very enjoyable.

Day 7th: did a good class teaching three beginners the 12 postes from de Donna to Coda Longa. Felt great, and they felt good as well. Slow play at speed 3 with girl friend on grass under blue sky and sun was really a breather.

Day 5th and 6th I just seat down and read some Capo Ferro before going to bed, the run through of my other plans kept me away from the new routines.

    Weekly Reflections:

It’s Monday here in Taipei and I still could not build myself a “sit down” moment for my trainings for the last week’s goal about the prescribed plan, only the habit of grabbing the closest sword and practice for a few minutes.

I should try to create my own drills on the focus so I can have deeper ownership for my trainings.

Day 4 on Receiving Gioco Largo with imaginary partner doing Mandrito Fendenti
Did 2 kinds of reposes from each quadrants just until starting to sweat, about 10 times each

First kind being the “go to” parry repose; parry and then follow back in Dui Tempi with the nearest open line.
Second kind is working deflections or collections with the follow through into one Countra Tempo.

Focusing my mechanics on really keeping my targets safe with the parries, and the smooth transition to the next actions.

      Note:
Footwork is way too rusty and could not fellow my thoughts.
      Still using too much shoulders.

Thank you Devon, I’ll write note down and stick it at my desk. Sometimes sticky notes really do stick things in my head!
