Week 2:
Goal: play with flows and forms of longsword and dagger -
Week 1:
Goal: Would like to learn the Longsword Scholar Assault for future solo training, or even contingency plan.-
Day 5:
slowly grind through from start to part 7, trying to have all the drills in my head and applying reasons for each movement. Getting used to my small space. -
Day 4:
Part 7 done and did some extra retention! -
Day 3:
Part 5 and 6 done. This time only slow speed. Felt good pushing myself. -
Day 2:
Part 3&4 done. got more moves, so I explored them with some more flow again with slow and fast speeds.
stretched.-
Victory Lap! was actually feeling very down today, but I applied myself to do the minimum and build from that to feel fun in the practice for a bit.

Day 1:
I started with 1 set of 4 40sec planks to get warm up.
Soloed the part 1 and part 2 with slow motion on the youtube videos.
split stretches for cooldown.-
After thoughts.
It felt great, I got what the forms easily and I started with speed two and work my way up to speed 4 with a deltin blunt and stopped before the speed would break my structure. I played with short stance and wide stance as well. And seeing what my adversary would do in my head all the time, as the videos imply.

Week 4:
Felt frustrated with the return of the old upper back injury and could not do too much practice through out the week. Managed to still read materials.
-
Week 3:
Goal: Read everyday, short practice
Contingency: Basic conditioning (lockdown workout)-
Finished 4,5th days with bonus 6th and 7th.
It’s weird not leading a class on Sunday afternoon… -
It’s Day 3 the Wednesday here in Taiwan, and I found my schedules all screwed up by the lockdown.
For the past two days, I kept the routine of reading from last week and I made it a must do to bulk up my weekly goals. I started to do some basic workouts in doors to compensate gym’s shut down.-

From Day 4 to Day 7 I have not done any short practice, not even handled a sword. I only crammed in some empty lunges here and there. However, I’ve manage to keep up the Contingency plan of reading some materials. Retention is slowly building.
Taiwan is finally breached by the Virus after 1.5 year and automatically applying semi lockdown on ourselves, and I live in the hotspot. I will be very careful, hope you guys are safe as well.
