    Self-Assessment:

    Requirements are present.

Mechanics – order looked ok, foot work could be a little better, for the most part I believe I was oriented toward my imaginary opponent.

Movement – looked a little broken up, rotation of the body could be better, feet movement a little off.

    Requirements

Are all the form requirement present? Yes

Mechanics? Foot needs to come more under the hips in the first passing step. In the parry from Dente the edge turned before the blow finished. My stance in finestra is a little narrow.

    Movement? Movement looks better.

What stood out to you? How much easier it was to Play Build having learning the Gioco Largo and Stretto Defense forms.<div>

Did you have any big “aha moments” in your training? Yes, a better understanding of entering into my opponent’s measure.

What was most challenging? Just moving in ways, I haven’t trained.

Did you meet your own objectives? No, but I’m enjoying the process. I would have liked to get some partner time in this week.

What do you think you might do differently next week? Work on finding a training partner.

Jeremy, thank you the rig has been very usefully.

Here is a little more information on what’s happening in my Tempo ID video. I made a half cut to posta breve to parry the attack (not shown). I am simulating that my opponent is preparing to attack me on the other side, and I’m thrusting them during that preparation. Hope that helps.
