How much longer it took to move my body in ways I haven’t really practice before.

Did you have any big “aha moments” in your training? Yes, the Q&A session answer a lot of my confusion about Gioco Largo Defenses.
What was most challenging? Getting use to making the larger strikes for Gioco Largo when I use to fighting more Gioco Stretto.
Did you meet your own objectives? Yes, I believe I’m on the right track.
What do you think you might do differently next week? Plan a little more time to absorb the material.

Self Assessment Gioco Stretto Defense Form.
Again need to work on getting deeper into my stance and some footwork. Some of the thrust could have been steadier and my sword position in Finestra seemed a little high.

Looked pretty good Steve! One thing that stood out to me was your 2nd group of <font face=”inherit”>mezzani cuts (the ones right after the true edge sottani). In the example video the strike is made with the hands higher. </font>
