Spent 4 hours today on the Gioco Largo Form using the video from the Sunday session. I went through slowly practicing each pair of defenses, and putting each one into a spreadsheet.

Self Assessment of Five Measures Form
I would like to figure out why I rocking in my stance.
Mechanically – I could get lower in my stance, elbow could be higher in some of the strikes, and in cross line passes foot could be more toward the target. Also wasn’t turning my back foot at Misura Larghissima, which means I probably wasn’t shifting my weight properly to the front foot.
Movement seem to be in good order.
Need to work on making the Form more fluid.

Self Assessment of my Twelve Poste Progression
Same as in my Five Thrust Form, if a make a better cross line pass I can have the sword in Fenestra more across my body. I could also improve my stance in my rear weighted Posta di Donna Sinestra.
For the most part I feel pretty good about the rest of the video, although I’m sure there are improvements to be made.

Self Assessment of Five Thrust form.
In fenestra my sword was not in line with my hips crossing my body. My order of thrusting looks good, but need to work more on my fenestra thrusts being angled downward. I had to really focus on that in filming the video.

Bob your Five Measures Form looked great. The only thing I noticed was that your stepping foot in the cross line passes needs to be more pointed toward target.
